That’s why we’ve designed a different kind of club, one that embraces what we do. We want you to really experience it all – the wines, olive oils, vinegars, jams, and even our farm itself. So in addition to wine, in every shipment you’ll find interesting goodies, tasting notes, pairing suggestions, and recipes from Colleen and her many chef-friends.

Welcome to the Club
There is no fee to join Club DaVero and you may join now, enjoy your Club benefits and not be charged until the next Wine Club Release. All Club Sets are discounted at your Club level rates. New members will automatically receive the most recent Club Set --supply permitting-- if their sign up occurs within 30 days of a Club Release.Club Communications
We correspond with our club members primarily via email. For each club release we send an email announcement. Important club news will be included in this email, such as the pick-up party date, shipping dates, when charges will occur and the link to the PDF Club Notes for that Set. Throughout the year we will email you about special wine releases, club exclusive offers and allocations, special events and other news of the farm. You may respond directly to these emails; we make every effort to get back to you within 48 hours.Shipping and Pick Ups
Club Sets may be picked up at the winery during our regular business hours as soon as the Club Release Email goes out. Pick ups before the scheduled Release date are allowed with prior arrangement. We hold 3 annual pick up parties for our members at the winery and all members are invited and encouraged to attend. We hold sets for members to pick up no longer than 30 days past the pick up party date; beyond this holding period we will ship your set to you using your shipping address on file. UPS shipping charges will be applied to your credit card on file. Please contact us before we ship if you have any issues with the shipping.
NOTE: Modifications and additions to a Club Set are made at the discretion of DaVero. Added 750ml or 375ml bottles will not incur added shipping fees beyond the standard shipping for that set. We cannot guarantee modifications can be made unless we hear from you via phone or email within 7 days of your receipt of the club announcement email.
Because an adult signature is required upon delivery we recommend delivery to a business address rather than home addresses. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
All cancellations and address changes must be received at least 1 week prior to the scheduled ship date in order to be applied to the upcoming shipment. Important: you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for corrections if we are not notified at last 1 week prior to the scheduled ship date. If your Club shipment is returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full UPS rate. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.Charges and Corrections
For Members who choose to pick up their club set, the credit card on your account is charged the date you pick up or the Monday after the Pick Up Party; whichever comes first. If you select to have your set shipped, your card on file is charged 7 days prior to the scheduled shipment. Club charges will include the retail value of your shipment, minus your member discount, plus any applicable tax and shipping charges. We hand pack all Club Sets and use UPS Ground for all shipping. Charges will vary with each shipment.
All Members receive a Club Order Email after the Release Announcement. Prior to shipping, Members are emailed a Shipping Confirmation. Please review these emails for address and order accuracy and email any corrections to us. If we have not shipped, we can update and create a new label at no charge to you. If we have shipped, correction charges will apply.Temperature Holds
To protect the wine we do not ship during periods of extreme high or low temperatures, or when we feel there is a high risk of spoilage. During the hottest and coldest times of the year, we may not ship at all to certain locations. While we make every effort to ensure your wine arrives safely and in excellent condition, we cannot control what happens to your shipment in transit. If you feel you have received a damaged bottle, please contact us immediately.Suspending or Cancelling
Club DaVero is a perpetual membership until canceled. You may cancel at any time by notifying us at the winery, (707) 431-8000 ext 1, or emailing to Shannon@davero.com. Members may suspend their membership and skip one set per calendar year. You can do this online or by contacting Shannon. Customers who cancel their club membership prior to receiving at least two club shipments in a calendar year will be responsible for reimbursing DaVero for discounts received as wine club members. If a club shipment has been shipped before your notice to us to cancel, you will be responsible to pay for that final shipment.
Which Club do I belong to?
Just log in you’ll see your Club membership level.
How do I update my info?
Just log in to update your credit card, billing, and shipping information. You can also email Shannon, or call her at (707) 431-8000 ext 1 if you’d prefer.
May I pause my membership?
You may, though for only a single shipment (after that, your membership will be terminated to make room for people on our waiting list).
Can I add to my Club set?
Absolutely – and there’s no additional shipping charge! Just reply to your Club shipment announcement email, or call Shannon at (707) 431-8000 ext 1, with your add-ons.
What is the difference between Club-only and Allocated items?
We’re very small – so small that we often don’t have enough of a particular wine or olive oil to sell to the general public. Those items are designated Club-only.
When we don’t even have enough to supply the Club, we allocate the item – first to Racolta members, and then (if there’s any left) to Mezza Luna members.
If you’re serious about wine, and DaVero, it really pays to be a Racolta member!
When can I pick up my shipment?
You can pick up any time after you receive the Club shipment announcement. We recommend that you come to the Pickup Party if you can – they’re always fun! If you haven’t picked up within three weeks of the Pickup Party, we will send your shipment to you automatically unless you’ve made prior arrangements with us.
