DaVero is a wonderful winery, to be sure. But the wines emanate from our remarkable farm, which we invite you to experience in full.
Between the sheer beauty of the place, our deep commitment to organic and Biodynamic farming, our focus on Italian grape and olive varieties whose native Mediterranean climate matches ours, and the remarkable diversity of our farm, it all adds up to a one-of-a-kind wine country experience.
Choose your own adventure, from a casual drop-in where you can wander with a glass of wine, to a 90-minute tour with a dedicated guide who will explain everything from how we farm and why, to our olive oil origin story, to our remarkable approach to winemaking – inviting you to see, and taste, at every step of the way, complete with food pairings.
Regardless of what you select, you’ll come away with new understanding that you will carry forward for many years.
We do encourage you to make a reservation, especially for parties of more than 4, but we do our best to accommodate everyone even without a reservation.

Summer Farm Festa!

Even if you’ve attended in the past, this one is going to be special, with amazing food, live music, fun seminars, and a delicious assortment of our wines!
We’re thrilled by the return of our great friend Ray Tang — a chef renowned for his work at Daniel (NYC), Boulevard and Postrio (SF), and for his beloved restaurants Mariposa in Windsor and Presidio Social Club in San Francisco.
His justly famous slow-roasted whole pig leads the menu, along with a delightful array of sides and desserts. It’s simply not to be missed.
There’s no chance you’ll leave hungry!
There will be live music in the courtyard, and a schedule of educational walking tours (sign up when you arrive).
Space is limited, but it’s your party! So feel free to bring guests, especially if you think they’d enjoy becoming members.
We have a very special gift for people who become members at the event (and for their sponsors, too), so this will be a great time to join!

What can I do besides taste wine?
DaVero is a working farm, so there’s plenty to explore. Wander through vineyards, olive groves and edible gardens; taste our estate olive oil; learn about regenerative, organic and Biodynamic farming; meet the pigs; or join us for one of our farm events. Our guided Pairing Experience brings it all together with wine, food, olive oil and a tour of the farm.
Do I need a reservation?
Can I just stop by for a glass of wine?
Absolutely. You don’t need to commit to a formal tasting or tour. Stop by for a glass or bottle and explore the farm at your own pace. If you’d like a deeper experience, we also offer guided tastings, food pairings and farm tours.
